All services are delivered online and do not require physical presence at any location.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health, fitness level, and any medical conditions
• Consult with a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program if you have health concerns
• Follow the prescribed workout and nutrition plans as directed
• Communicate any issues, concerns, or changes in your health status promptly
• Not share your account credentials or program materials with others
• Use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes only

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment is required upfront before services commence
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• For recurring programs, payments are due at the start of each billing cycle
• We reserve the right to modify prices with prior notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of our services, including but not limited to workout videos, nutrition plans, educational materials, and proprietary methodologies, are the intellectual property of Fitifylab.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fitifylab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any injury or health issue arising from following our programs
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party actions or content

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
