At Fitifylab, we are committed to your success and satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure you feel confident in your decision to invest in your fitness journey.
7-Day Trial Program
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you complete the 7-day trial program and are not satisfied with the experience, you are eligible for a full refund. To qualify:
- You must have actively participated in the program (attended sessions, followed the plan)
- Refund request must be made within 48 hours of trial completion
- You must provide feedback on why the program didn't meet your expectations
Full 90-Day Program
Within First 7 Days:
- Full refund available if you're not satisfied with the program
- Must have attended at least one coaching session
- Request must be submitted via email with reason for cancellation
After 7 Days:
- No refunds are available after the first 7 days
- Program access and support will continue for the full duration
- In case of medical emergencies, we offer program pause options (with valid documentation)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@fitifylab.com with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, phone number, and program purchased
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- Include your payment transaction ID or receipt
Processing Timeline
- All refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days)
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Programs after the 7-day refund window
- Single session bookings (once the session is completed)
- Promotional or discounted packages (unless otherwise stated)
- Programs terminated due to violation of terms of service
Program Transfers
If you're unable to continue your program, we offer the option to:
- Pause your program for up to 30 days (with valid reason)
- Transfer remaining sessions to a future date (within 6 months)

Special Circumstances
We understand that life happens. In cases of serious medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us with supporting documentation.
